Description
Vibrant orange labradorite bars are the focus of this vintage-inspired pendant.
Each of the twin cabochons measures 21x7mm (about 0.8x0.3 inches). They are soft olive green with a bright orange flash in response to light.
I handcrafted the fine silver setting out of ArtClay Silver (99% pure silver) and accented it with fancy sterling bezel wire and chain. The center part was molded from an antique Art Deco bracelet and set with a bright orange CZ to compliment the stones' orange flash and contrast their unlit green state.
The back of the pendant features an intricate Renaissance square pattern, making this pretty necklace reversible for double the wear opportunities.
A 18 inch diamond-cut link chain finishes off this handmade necklace. It forks into four short chains near the pendant for extra visual interest and stability.
Pendant measures a total of 28mm long by 29mm wide (just over 1 inch square).
