Description
Mint green Prasiolite stars shine in these sterling earrings. I carefully wrapped the stars in 26 gauge sterling wire and suspended them from handmade sterling hooks.
These gems are much more bright and sparkly in person. They have oodles of facets that catch and throw light around. Curiously, the facets on the back are done in eight sections, so inside each seven-pointed gemstone is an eight-pointed star!
Stones measure 10mm (0.4 inches) across.
I hand-formed the pointed sterling hooks from 21 gauge wire. These almond-shaped ear wires will comfortably fit standard piercings.
Earrings measure a total of 27mm (1.125 inches) long.
